      I have a homemade Teriyaki Sauce that I would to can a few jars for quick dump and cook meals.

      RECIPE

      water
      brown sugar
      soy sauce
      honey
      garlic
      ginger
      cornstartch

      We’d need to know the measurements but I think you’d need to add vinegar and omit the cornstarch to get to a safe recipe for home canning

      I agree about the corn starch. You could replace that with “Therm-Flo” or Arrow Root powder.

      Depending on the amounts of brown sugar & honey, you may be able to water bath this, otherwise pressure can it for the win!

      so the 1 serving (I would increase the amounts to can)
      1 cup water
      5 Tbsp brown sugar
      1/4 cup soy sauce
      1 Tbsp honey
      1 clove garlic
      1/2 tsp ground ginger

      I can use the cornstarch when heating up the jar for the meal.
