You could replace that with “Therm-Flo” or Arrow Root powder. Depending on the amounts of brown sugar & honey, you may be able to water bath this, otherwise pressure can it for the win! August 31, 2021 at 3:58 pm #740 ChallengingDecadeParticipant so the 1 serving (I would increase the amounts to can) 1 cup water 5 Tbsp brown sugar 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 Tbsp honey 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp ground ginger I can use the cornstarch when heating up the jar for the meal.
