I would love to know some books on herbal to grow for meds. What are the favorites to get started

I have received heirloom seeds from a seed company. I will not use all of the seeds. How do I store them? I have Mylar bags, a foodsavor, and oxygen absorbers.

so the 1 serving (I would increase the amounts to can)
1 cup water
5 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp ground ginger

I can use the cornstarch when heating up the jar for the meal.

Also, spoke to my youngest daughter that is in manufacturing shipping, she stated that many LTL companies are not hiring drivers just using personnel they have to move shipments because in reality there is not enough freight to justify the cost of hiring.

Not really, trucking strike. I spoke to my oldest daughter that orders items for a small retail shop and today they stated that there is a 25% increase in freight. Also sitting on the dock in China there is a bidding war (like the old wall street days before computer trading) for freight being shipped. Retailers are saying they are getting smaller items to fill a container of items that will make the most profit.

I am a mother of three grown children and a grandmother of seven grandchildren. We live in the Eastern part of Washington and utilize Farmer Markets and put up fresh food for the winter. We would love to move back home (Texas) and start ranching and farm life again.
